  • Digitech will not be responsible for failure in delivery of SMS messages due to illegible and mobile network issues or malfunctioning mobile numbers or due to the incorrect format of uploaded mobile numbers.
  • Digitech will also not be responsible for any kind of delivery related issues and service level assurances at the intended receiver’ end.
  • Application will provide last two month of log reports of SMS messages sent through its application from the web panel.
  • No obscene/secular/spamming/Antigovernment/BTRC non-directives SMS allowed through the mobile network. If customer do such activities, then he/she will be totally responsible for this causes.
  • The user sender control is totally your responsibility. Any misuse or complaints on this account will not be Digiteh’s liability. All the liabilities are taken care by the end customer.
  • In case Digiteh A2P SMS services are used for marketing or product promotions any customer complaints on this, Digitech will not be liable for any legal or commercial terms and if there are any costs at Digitech end on this, these will be transferred 100% to the client.
  • This Agreement will commence on the Commencement Date and Agreement will terminate upon either party giving to the other Thirty (30) days’ notice in writing.
