Service Payment Terms:

• Client will have to issue confirm work order with 100% advance payment.
• Client must provide all Content with NID, BIN, TIN & Trade License copy with Work Order.
• Payments to be made in Bangladeshi Taka in Favor Of “digitech”
• SMS Credits will be allocated within One Working Days after Receipt of Payment.
• SMS Credit Will Automatically Expire 180 Days from the Date of the Relevant last Payment.
• No carry forward beyond Expiry Dates for any of the above packs.
• Prices are subject to change, if any new tariff imposed by BTRC or Telecom Operator.
• Charges: All Bkash and Bank payment charges have to borne by the customer.
• Validity of proposal: This proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of submission.
• VAT @ 5 % will Applicable on price as per local government act “S099.10-ITES”.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Masking Allowed GP, ROBI, BANGLALINK, TELETALK and AIRTEL.
• Promotional Bangla sms and system generated OTP English SMS are allowed.
• Sender ID will be valid for one (1) year from the date of registration and it will be suspended, if it’s not renewed after the completion of one (1) year period or no usages found from consecutive three (3) months.
• digitech will not be responsible for failure in delivery of SMS messages due to illegible and mobile network issues or malfunctioning mobile numbers or due to the incorrect format of uploaded mobile numbers.
• digitech will also not be responsible for any kind of delivery related issues and service level assurances at the intended receiver’ end.
• Edigitech application will provide log reports of all the SMS messages sent through its application, whereby users will be able to determine the delivery status of the messages sent from Edigitech applications to the SMS Gateway.
• No obscene/secular/spamming allowed through the network.
• There is a delivery re-try function for failed messages for up to 3 re-tries. If however messages are not delivered even after this, we then delete the submission and are not liable for re-submission or delivery.
• SMS message delivery will be beyond the control of the service provider and is network dependent. We try our best to use the best possible links, but even these are dependent on various interconnect telecom networks. The best possible delivery is about 98% success rate.
• The user sender control is totally your responsibility. Any misuse or complaints on this account are not digitech liability.
• In case digitech . A2P SMS services are used for marketing or product promotions any customer complaints on this, digitech will not be liable for any legal or commercial terms and if there are any costs at ElitBuzz’ end on this, these will be transferred 100% to the client
• This Agreement will commence on the Commencement Date and Agreement will terminate upon either party giving to the other Thirty (30) days’ notice in writing.
